Marymount College was located in Palos Verdes, just uphill from Marineland from 1960 to 1968 when it moved onto the Westchester campus of Loyola University-Los Angeles as an autonomous institution. In 1973, the two institutions officially merged to become Loyola Marymount University. For more information on the collections at Loyola Marymount University, and the new William H.
