Our cover reproduces the 1930 homecoming program from the Stewart S. Howe Collection. The collection, with over 350 cubic feet of material, is the nucleus of the Student Life and Culture Archival Program at the University of Illinois Archives. The program is supported by the Stewart S. Howe Archival Endowment Fund. With more than 1,700 cubic feet, or 5.1 million items, the Student Life and Culture Archival program is considered the largest collection on student life in the country. Materials include correspondence, books, journals, clippings, and photographs covering over 300 American colleges and universities, and the official records of Alpha Tau Omega, Sigma Alpha Iota, and the National Panhellenic Conference.
