It is from the book Miami the Beautiful (Foster & Reynolds, 1920), which is part of the Archives and Special Collections Department at the University of Miami, Coral Gables (UMCG). The Otto G. Richter Library at UMCG houses an outstanding collection of rare materials, including 25,000 volumes, 450 manuscripts, 75,000 photos, 5,000 maps, 2,000 architectural drawings, and 3,000 linear feet of university records. The library is also noted for its collections relating to Florida and the Caribbean region, including Cuba and the Cuban exile experience.
