Errors Noted
In "Modern Greek Names in the Library Catalog,” a paper contributed by Martha Lawry for ACRL’s Second National Conference in Minneapolis, several errors appeared in the hardcopy edition, Options for the 80s (Greenwich, Ct.: JAI Press, 1982), Pt. A, pp. 169-81. The errors were primarily in the printing of Greek letters.
Specifically, almost all of the upsilons (U) were printed as nus (v) and one kappa (k) became a nu (v); in Figure 6, several kappas (k) were printed as chis (x), and one tau (Τ) as a pi (π); and Figure 1, although photocopied directly from the typescript so that the correct letters were reproduced, was mislabeled.
For the correct version of this paper, please see the microfiche edition.—Martha Lawry, Acting Head, Catalog Division, Ohio State University Libraries, Columbus.
