On the agenda are speakers from the National Science Foundation, the Departments of Education, Commerce, Energy, Interior, Justice, Army, Navy, Treasury, Agriculture, and Defense, NASA, the American Medical Association, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the National Association of
