LIBRARIAN. DEPUTY-HEAD (ACADEMIC), LIBRARY SERVICES. The University of Calgary invites applications for the above position. The Deputy-Head (Academic) of Library Services is responsible for the general area of the liaison between the library and the academic community, faculty and students, and collection building. Calgary is one of the newer universities with a book collection of 400,000 volumes, but this number is growing rapidly. Extension of the library with 6 additional storeys will be opened in June.
