ACRL Nominating Committees Selected
The Association of College and Research Libraries Committee on Appointments (1972) and Nominations (1973) was recently named by President-elect Russell Shank. The committee is charged with recommending individuals for appointment to ACRL divisional committees during the 1972/73 conference year and nominating candidates for the elections to be held in the spring of 1973. Candidates for the positions of Vice-president/President-elect and members of the ACRL Board of Directors will be chosen.
Section and subsection Chairmen-elect have also announced Nominating Committees. Individuals who wish to make recommendations or be considered for appointment or nomination should contact a member of the appropriate committee before the Midwinter Meeting in January of 1972.
