Standards and guidelines relating to academic libraries
Many of the inquiries received by the ACRL Office are concerned with or can be answered by certain standards or guidelines developed by ALA, its divisions, or other professional organizations. The following list contains selected references to standards and guidelines published by ALA and related associations that are relevant to libraries in higher education.
