Abstract

Serving as ACRL president this past year has been a privilege I
will always carry with me. What stands out most is the courage and
creativity of our members. Every conversation, every committee
meeting, every program reminded me that ACRL is not simply
an association, but a community of people who believe deeply
in the power of libraries to change lives. That belief, combined
with action, is what makes us strong
